All sales within the UK are subject to VAT where it is applicable. Where items are out of stock/temporarily unavailable then the bulk of the order placed will be dispatched with remaining goods being despatched as soon as stock has arrived. We reserve the right to reject any order we receive. Should this occur any money which has been received would be refunded. Delivery Delivery is free for mainland UK with minimum order of 4 cases. This does not include stirrers and sugar. Orders under this amount will incur a carriage charge at cost. This will normally be £7.50 + VAT unless the item ordered is small enough to go by post, in which case the postage cost will be charged. We will despatch your order within 3 working days of it being placed subject to, stock levels, Company closure and bank holidays. We will contact you if we encounter a problem with your order. Items can be delivered on our next day service as long as they are ordered before 12:00 hours (Mon - Fri), this will incur an additional charge. Installation of coffee machines Where a commercial coffee machine has been purchased and requires installation, the site must be fully prepared on the day of the install. Failure to do so will result in an additional charge if the engineer has to re appoint. A mutually convenient time will be agreed between you and the engineer. We will fax, email or post to you a fact sheet explaining how to prepare the install site. Returns, Cancellation or Changing your order We endeavour to supply only the highest quality products. However, if you are unhappy with the product in anyway it can be returned to us following the steps outlined below. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. Once you have placed your order you will be issued with an order number and an email confirmation. You have 7 days, starting from the day after receipt of the goods, to cancel or amend your order for any reason. Please email us at jackintheboxvending@yahoo.co.uk stating your name and invoice number. We will raise a credit note for any payments received to you within 30 days, less our postage costs if already dispatched. Equipment cancellations: Please note that certain restrictions apply to cancellations of coffee machines and equipment. 1. Cancellations of equipment already installed into your site by an engineer are not permitted. 2. Cancellations of boxed delivery equipment received at site but not installed are subject to a 50% restock charge (of invoice sales value) 3. Cancellations of equipment ordered but not yet received by the site are subject to a 25% cancellation administration charge. If the equipment has already been dispatched and is on route, the 50% restock charge will apply.
For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery. Faulty Items - If an item is found to be faulty, which you did not order, or for any other reason which is our fault, please contact us by emailing jackintheboxvending@yahoo.co.uk. We will then arrange with you suitable collection or return shipping options. If goods are found to be faulty, which you did not order, or our fault will give you a FULL refund plus any return shipping costs incurred. For electrical items please check or read your manufactures user manual, operators guide or instructions. Most problems can be fixed by following/reading the troubleshooting or FAQ sections. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice Payment You can pay by any, Visa, MasterCard, Electron, Delta, Switch, Solo or American Express card via Paypal. To ensure that shopping on-line is secure, your credit/debit details will be encrypted using SSL technology. You may also pay by cheque or postal order. The prices displayed on are web site is in British pounds. We currently debit money from your account the same day as completing and dispatching your order. All goods will be paid for in full before dispatch. On the rare occasion where a credit limit is agreed, goods will be paid for strictly within 28 days. Failure to do so will incur an additional charge of 15% of the total. Payments which remain outstanding after 90 days will receive further charge of 10% i.e. 25% in total. You will also be liable for our legal collection costs. General We may change or withdraw any part of our website, or may refuse you access to the website at any time if we consider it necessary. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the courts of England and Wales. Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. |
